What We Do

Development, redevelopment and acquisition of property.

Matador general partners commit at least 15% of the required capital in each transaction. Our view is that if the deal does not merit the Partners’ personal capital, it does not merit our Investors’ capital

Matador fully underwrites the sponsor’s due diligence and evaluates the asset and deal on a standalone basis. We look to assure that investors are participating in only the best deals possible

Matador provides investors access to off-market deals with leading deal sponsors. We utilize relationships that have been built over a decade of multifamily investing
